Just a small fire

So we come home from church Sunday and Sarah puts some things in the oven, then puts some vegetables on the stove and turns on the burners. Only problem is they were the wrong ones. She goes back in the living room with little guy and I was outside doing sidewalk chalk with the other two. Sarah smells smoke and goes into the kitchen and there's flames shooting up about 10". She yelled for me, I handed little guy to her and told her to get out. The kitchen was very full of smoke. I opened windows and turned on the attic fan and we all went to McDonalds.

Christmas

Well, Christmas is over. It sure is nice to see all the family and spend time talking and playing games. I had a great time with all the events this year. Here's a few memorable moments: Watching everyone's Christmas play videos (there were 5), sampling a Holiday dinner in Soda (turkey & gravy, dressing, cranberry, pumpkin pie, and worst of all brussel sprouts - yuk!), watching a video of my brother-in-law giving himself stitches, then me, Sarah & the kids camping out around the Christmas tree. I love my family, there's no better place to be than around those that care about you.
